Columbia, SC – Following USC's
recent rise to #22 in the

coverage surrounding Gamecock Rugby.
This past Wednesday, USC's on-campus

The Daily Gamecock,
spoke with club president/captain
Anthony Hughes, providing
his thoughts
on the ranking as well as a summary of
the team's season-to-date to an
on-campus circulation of over 25,000
students.
Over at the
Carolina Rugby
Examiner, columnist Mike
Gellatly continues his excellent
coverage of rugby in the Palmetto State,
sharing
new insights
from USC head coach Geoff Mason on the
ranking, as well as the team's upcoming
matches at the
SEC Championship
Rugby Tournament.
Finally,
Garnet and Black
Attack, a popular SB Nation
blog covering all things Gamecock
Sports, upgraded
a pair of fanposts
by USC webmaster Erik Geib to its front
page, further spreading the good news of
Carolina's recent success to the online

Congratulations, Gamecocks, on the

this weekend to Birmingham, AL to take
on Ole Miss in its SEC Tournament
opener, with a potential date against #6
